The Algerian Electric and Gas Company has undergone several organizational changes involving its various functions.

As part of its adaptation to the economic and social conditions that the country has experienced since the beginning of the present century, One of the most important functions of change is that of human resources management.

In this context, this study seeks to reveal the reality of human resources management in the organization in question through one of its subsidiary functions.
