Abstract EN

Higher education institutions face intense competition due to various innovations and innovations, as intellectual capital has become one of the most important contemporary variables that contribute greatly to the survival and continuation of the institution, so institutions must achieve what is called a competitive advantage and thus reach outstanding performance.

This study aims to know the role of the strategic management of intellectual capital in achieving the distinguished performance of higher education institutions by presenting the most important pioneering experiences in this field, which is the experience of the United Arab Emirates University.
