Abstract EN

The research aimed to study the professional requirements of teacher's specialists in talented pupils with an analytical study of the viewpoint of master students in university Bordj Bou Arerridj.

So the sample was a simple random of (psychology- schooled / sociology of education), for 83 individuals in 2019.

Using an open questionnaire, we used the content analysis of responses divided into four domains, and used the percentages and (T) test.

Results of the domains were : - Knowledge: 21.42%, communicative / interactive: 17.78% organizational: 28.57%, pedagogical / qualifying: 32.21%.

Then results of (T) test were : -There are not statistical differences between responses in specialty of master students.

- There are statistical significant differences between the responses of practicing students in field education and non-practitioners for the practitioners.

This confirms the additional experience and knowledge of the practitioners, and shows the fact of adults who continue the learning with knowledge and experience.
