Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the relationship between the business intelligence systems and the building of the organizational ambidexterity at the Algerian Business.

In order to achieve the research objective a case study was conducted at the National Comapny of Well Works in Ouargla, depending on a sample of 35 individuals of top managers.

This study uses the descriptive and the analytical approach, while the questionnaire is used as main tool of research.

The research results indicate that there is a statistically significant relationship between the business intelligence systems and the building of the organizational ambidexterity.

In addition, the researchers insist on continuous training to enhance the awareness level of employees and managers in the aim of well optimizing the use of the business intelligence systems and well achieving the use benefits of them, moreover orient research to focus on the creative dimension of innovation in order to successfully build an innovative culture at business.
