إن النفايات الصناعية التي تنتجها المنشآت المصنفة تختلف من حيث نوعية و كمية نفاياتها-باختلاف النشاط الصناعي إذ يمكن للصناعة الحديثة أن تقلل من كمية النفايات التي تنتجها المصانع أثناء و بعد الإنتاج و لتحقيق الإنتاج الأنظف وضعت الجزائر ضوابط قانونية و تنظيمية تلزم المنشآت المصنفة بالتقيد بها في تسيير مخلفاتها إما عن طريق رسكلتها أي استرجاعها أو التخلص منها مما لا يؤثر سلبا على البيئة و يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
Abstract EN
The industrial waste produced by the classified establishments is different - in terms of quality and quantity - according to the industrial activity, modern industry can decrease the waste produced by factories during and after production.
To achieve cleaner production, Algeria has put in place legal and regulatory controls that commit classified enterprises to manage their waste through recycling, i.e.
recovery or disposal, which does not adversely affect the environment and achieve sustainable development.
