Abstract EN

The research aims to discuss issues related to the legal means for investing orphan property.

Where the researcher discussed the literal and technical definition of orphan and the concept of guardianship, its significant and its legal evidences.

The most important legal controls for investing orphan’s property were also addressed.

Furthermore, the researcher discussed the significant legal means of investing orphan property such as Mudharabah and Ijarah .

The methodologies used in the research were inductive and analytical methods.

The research found that it is permissible for the orphan’s property to be invested through Mudharabah and Ijarah provided the shariah guidelines will be observed.

The researcher finally suggested that, additional research should be conducted with regards to the means of investing of orphan’s property.
