Abstract EN

This research deals with the organizational reality of the Algerian water institution unit of Tebessa, and the extent of its need for organizational development in order to achieve water security.

A Statistical Package for the Social Sciences «SPSS 20 » had been used in analizing the data derived from the study sample estimated at 25 members, based on the descriptive and analytic method.

The findings show that the sample members are neutral and inapproving the organizational reality axis of the Algerian water institution, Tebessa Unit.

Additionally, they approved the existence of organizational and administrative handicaps to achieve water security in Tebessa Unit.

Finally, the sample members didn’t approve the axis dealing with the basis of organizational development in the Algerian water institution, Tebessa Unit used to raise its performance in order to achieve water security.
