Abstract EN

The study dealt with the theoretical framework of the study and the types of food industry existing in the study area in (2017).

The second topic dealt with the spatial distribution of the sizes of these industries according to the indicators (number of factories, Number of (employees, annual wages of employees, value added).

The study found that small industries occupied the first rank in the number of factories and the number of workers, and fell to the second ranking in the indices of annual wages and added value because of the large number of factories and the number of workers at the same time.

If in the second order in the indices of the number of factories and the number of employees, has advanced to the first ranking in the indices of annual wages and value added-Because of the large number of employees on the one hand, and the annual wage increase compared to the wages of workers in small industries, and do not forget the small profits achieved by them compared to small and medium industries alike, while the medium industries remained in the last order, and in all indicators, because of the small factories compared to small factories, Resulting in the number of employees and the profits generated by it compared to what is achieved in large industries.
