The study of the language of human language and linguistic language is of utmost importance, especially if that language is represented by the Akkadian language, which represents the oldest languages in terms of the history of blogging and the importance of the study compared with the sister of Arabic compared to aim to root the two languages and highlight the common language to remove them Akkadian readership more clearly, especially as the speakers have been ent from the scene for thousands of years.

After studying the cuneiform Code texts in Akkadian, analysis and stood on hundreds of similar expressions in pronunciation and different sense, and vice versa, and between these expressions (expressions of al-mattar), and when the mattar of great importance in the Iraqi life of ancient because it represents one of the main sources of the backbone of his water and nimble ancient Iraqi was able The distinction between different types or forms of rain gives each of them a special word that expresses their nature in terms of weakness and strength, few and many, etc.
