Our current research aims to confront the crimes of counterfeiting governmental and non-governmental seals as a comparative study through three studies.

In the first topic we discussed what seals are the first requirement to define seals, and in the second requirement to distinguish between them and other images.

As for the second topic, the elements of the crime are the first requirement: the material corner and the corner of the shop.

The second requirement is the moral element, and as for the third topic, punishment for the crime of counterfeiting seals.
