يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية وعي الأمهات بالملاءمة الوظيفية لحجرة الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد و علاقتها بمهارات تفاعلهم الاجتماعي و تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من ( 63) أم لطفل من ذوي اضطراب التوحد اللاتي يلتحق أطفالهن بمراكز تأهيل لأطفال التوحد في محافظتي المنيا و أسوان وتم اختيارهن بطريقة غرضية عمدية و اتخذت الباحثتان نفس عينة البحث الأساسية كعينة تجريبية و اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و التجريبي و أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) في وعي الأمهات عينة البحث الأساسية بالملاءمة الوظيفية لحجرة أطفالهن ذوي اضطراب التوحد ككل باختلاف بعض متغيرات الدراسة لصالح (الأم العاملة المسكن التمليك المستوى التعليمي المرتفع للأم عدد أفراد الأسرة الأقل متوسط الدخل الشهري المرتفع للأسرة الطفل الأكبر عمرا الطفل المخصص له حجرة خاصة) بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا ترجع لاختلاف متغير جنس الطفل.

توجد فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) في متوسطات استجابات أمهات أطفال التوحد عينة البحث الأساسية على استبيان مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي لطفل التوحد ككل باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة لصالح (الأم العاملة الإناث من الأطفال المسكن التمليك المستوى التعليمي المرتفع للأم عدد أفراد الأسرة الأقل الدخل الشهري المرتفع الطفل الأكبر عمرا توفير حجرة خاصة للطفل).

توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01 0.05) بين وعي الأمهات عينة البحث الأساسية بالملاءمة الوظيفية لحجرة الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد بمحاورها و ككل و بين مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي لأطفال التوحد بمحاورها و ككل.

وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي استجابات الأمهات عينة البحث التجريبية على استبيان الوعي بالملاءمة الوظيفية لحجرة الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد بمحاوره و ككل قبل و بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي.

Abstract EN

The current research aims mainly to reveal The Effectiveness of a Counseling Program to Develop Mothers' Awareness of the Functional Appropriateness for the Autistic Children's Room With its three axes (Awareness of the physiological and Health Appropriateness of The Room, Awareness of the psychological Appropriateness of the Room, Awareness of the appropriateness of the interior design of the Room) and its Relationship to their Social Interaction Skills with its Three axes (Communicate with others - etiquette - Control emotional responses).

The basic research sample consisted of (63) A mother of a child with autism, whose children are enrolled in rehabilitation centers for autistic children in the governorates of Minia and Aswan.

They were chosen in a purposeful and deliberate manner, with the conditions that the children should be (males/females), and in the age group of 6: 12 years, and it is required that the child has a separate room from his parents, whether the room belongs to the autistic child alone or shares the room with his brothers, and from economic levels and different social.

The two researchers took the same basic research sample as an experimental sample, due to the scarcity of the research sample category and the small number of them, and because the majority of the mothers of the basic research sample had a low level of awareness of the functional Appropriateness of the children’s room with autism disorder.

The research tools include : general data form - A questionnaire about mothers’ awareness of the functional Appropriateness of the children’s room with autism- a questionnaire about social interaction skills for children with autism, and Counseling Program to Develop Mothers' Awareness of the Functional Appropriateness for the Autistic Children's Room .

The search followed the analytical descriptive method and the experimental method.

The data was statistically analyzed using Spss.x .

The results show that there are The largest percentage of mothers in the basic research sample exposed children with autism to their children to a domestic accident related to furnishing and equipping the child’s room, reaching 63.5%, the largest percentage of children with autism being children of mothers of the basic research sample who are not psychologically connected to their room and do not spend a long time in it, with a percentage of 60.3 %, social networking sites were one of the most important sources from which the mothers of the basic research sample derive their information about the functional Appropriateness of the children's room with autism, There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in the average awareness of mothers in the basic research sample about the functional Appropriateness of the room of their children with autism as a whole according to the differences of some variables of the social and economic level of the family and the variables of the autistic child and the residential variables in favor of (working mother, owned housing, The mother’s high educational level, the smallest number of family members, the high average monthly income of the family, the oldest child, the child has a private room), While there were no statistically significant differences due to the difference in the sex of the child, There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in the average responses of mothers of autistic children, the basic research sample, to a questionnaire on the social interaction skills of the autistic child as a whole according to the different variables of the socioeconomic level of the family, the variables of the autistic child, and the residential variables in favor of the (working mother, female children, owned housing, high educational level of the mother, the smallest number of family members, high monthly income, the oldest child, the child has a private room), There is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0.01, 0.05) between the awareness of the mothers of the basic research sample about the functional Appropriateness of the room of children with autism with its three axes and as a whole, and the social interaction skills of autistic children with its three axes and as a whole.

Statistically significant differences were found at the level of significance (0.01) between the averages responses of the mothers of the experimental research sample to the questionnaire of awareness of the functional Appropriateness of the children's room with autism in its axes and as a whole before and after the application of the counseling program in favor of the post measurement.

The mother's educational level is the most influential factor in mothers' awareness of the functional Appropriateness of the children's room with autism, and the privacy of the child's room is the most influential factor in the social interaction skills of children with autism.

The two researchers recommend: the need to adopt programs and projects by the Ministry of Housing and specialists in the field of home management, interior design and architecture to raise awareness and take care of fulfilling the criteria of functional Appropriateness in its axes for the room of autistic children and the rehabilitation centers for these children to provide an appropriate living and educational environment for them that helps them psychological adjustment and the development of social interaction skills.
