The volatility of financial markets around the world makes them a fertile area for disputes between their various actors and increases in frequency during periods of financial crisis.

The Corona crisis is one of the crises that has had a significant impact on the stability of financial instrument exchanges and the relationship between their players, particularly between the stockbrokers who mediate operations on financial instruments and their clients.

This study is an attempt to monitor some of the potential disputes that may arise between stockbrokers and their customers as a result of the Corona crisis, usually arising out of the intermediary's breach of its legal and contractual obligations, which require its responsibility, and we have tried to clarify, by analogy, some of the judicial decisions made in previous crises.
