The research aimed to know the level of secondary school teachers' practice of their roles in developing the values of citizenship in their students from their points of view.

Number of people of female students.

Descriptive approach was based on in this research, and a standard composed of 32 items was prepared for developing values of citizenship after verifying its validity and reliability.

SPSS program was also utilized for data processing.

Most important results of the study indicated that: 1 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average of the Degrees of the study sample people and the average of the study population in favor of the study Sample people.

2 - There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the secondary school Teachers' practice of their roles in developing the values of citizenship for their students according to the gender (males - females) variable in the total mark of the scale and domains.

Those differences were for females.

3- There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the secondary school teachers' practice of their roles in developing the values of citizenship for their students according to the scholastic grade (the first and the secondary) in total mark of the scale and two domains (belonging and rights), and those differences were for the second secondary.

Also there weren't statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the secondary school teachers' practice of their roles in developing the values of citizenship in their students according to the scholastic grade in the total mark of the scale and two domains (participation and duties).
