This study aims to try to highlight the importance of the procedures that the Algerian legislator excluded from the juvenile trial stage, especially related to the confidentiality of the trial, archiving the case and not allowing any details of the crime committed by the juvenile to be published, in order to preserve the child's privacy and protect him from the moral side, because this aspect has a negative impact On the delinquent child, as demonstrated by social and psychological studies; Thus, the law on child protection 02/15 came to give more protection to the stages related to the prosecution of delinquent children.
