The constitutional periods are of great importance, especially the electoral periods that relate to the duration of the electoral cycle or the end of its duration.

These periods are for the people to choose their representatives in the House of Representatives, but these constitutional or legal periods may be disrupted or stopped sometimes due to exceptional circumstances or due to the dissolution of Parliament The fact that the solution ends the constitutionally defined term of the House of Representatives, all of this leads to the disruption of the terms stipulated in constitutions and laws and thus affects the principle of legal security that achieves stability and tranquility for the people in light of the stability of legal conditions.
