The transformation into an e-government is among the most important endeavors that developing countries aim to achieve, including Algeria, by adopting the electronic management method to run the public and private services sector.

The justice facility, in turn, was affected by the glow of information and communication technology, which prompted the Algerian legislator to frame this in legal texts.

Perhaps the importance of activating this appears in light of the Corona pandemic and the epidemiological conditions that have led all sectors to take precautionary and preventive measures and resort to electronic dealings as an alternative solution.
