Abstract EN

This study focused on the types of requests that the appellant can submit to the judge in order to direct orders to the administration, as a new mechanism to ensure the implementation of judicial decisions rendered against it, and with it the diversity of orders as a reflection of these requests because the judge is restricted in this aspect, and in return, he has the discretion to accept or not these requests.

The effect of these ordinances on the administration appears through the flaw which marred its decision, as well as its authority after the annulment of the contested decision, which is in accordance with the new circumstances in which the applicant is present.
