Abstract EN

this study investigated the relation between work values and quality of life and the level of variables among teachers of secondary education in Aflou (Laghouat), and the differences in work values according to the gender, seniority; Using the descriptive approach on a sample of 80 teachers out of 289and the study tools were: work values measurement prepared by Allam and Zayed(1992), Quality of Life Scale prepared by Shaher (2010).

The results of the study: The ence of a correlation between work values and quality of life, The level of work values of secondary education teachers is high.

There are no differences in the work values due to the gender, Unlike the seniority.
