Study summary: Study guide to the features of comparative exegesis, the place of study in the interpretation guide, to identify its types, highlight its importance and need for it in our current time, and the importance of downloading those rules in comparative interpretation on the Qur'an, so this study came as a practical model for comparative interpretation, and a platform for sayings were presented Scholars in the word Al-Kawthar and presenting their evidence, then explaining the statement the statement closest to the correctness in the view of the researcher, and the researcher relied on the weighting of the established and established interpretative rules in the sciences of the Qur'an books and the fundamentals.

In the folds of research, the result of the differentiation between Al-Kawthar and Al-Basin appeared, as the relative may have a relationship between them, and the sayings of scholars in this regard were narrated, and the closest in terms of their meanings was proven.

The study relied on the descriptive approach based on induction, analysis and deduction, with reliance on the comparative approach when reporting the disagreement, and the inferential approach when the need for weighting and presentation.
