Marriage is a consensual contract between a man and a woman whose objectives are to form a family based on affection, compassion, cooperation, the consent of the spouses and the maintenance of genealogy, and the wife has the right to sign a marriage contract or in a subsequent official contract all the conditions she deems necessary, provided that these conditions do not conflict with the terms of the contract and with the objectives he achieves, and the effects it achieves, and that Islamic law has established controls and limits to these conditions, including the correct ones, including corrupt, as well as the Algerian family law in line with Islamic law.
