None of us can deny the advantages of information systems technique on people’s private life, thus it may facilitate their life in many fields.

on the other hand, under the growth and expansion of using this technique, there is growing concern over getting off its real rails.

consequently, this will lead to the inviolability of citizen’s private life and that’s why it has become necessary to create a legal protection both nationally and internationally, in order to keep pace with this growing phenomenon which is still superior on legislation and law.
