The research revolves around an important topic.

The topic has even received interest in the international legislation of countries as wel as international organizations, in which I dealt with two main points, namely: The first is in the concept of organized crime in jurisprudence, in the internal legislation of some countries, and in international law in its global and regional sections, and how these defined organized crime, and it is also related to the question of the most important characteristics that distinguish organized crime from the criminal phenomena that may be similar to it.
