Violence within sports facilities is one of the most dangerous phenomena prevalent in the sports community, which threat the public safety of the state, This complex social phenomenon is not recent in the sports field, but is as old as sports, however the new is the multiplicity of the forms of violence within these facilities, which has become a threat to competitive sport and wastes the lofty values of sport manifested in sportsmanship, therefore intervention of law was necessary to combat it.

We opted through this legal study to shed light on this scourge through addressing the most important legal measures were adopted by the Algerian legislator.
