The study aimed to reveal the dynamics occurring in some physical characteristics during the training season.

The study was conducted on an intentional sample of volleyball players who classed cubs with (20) players, after applying physical tests in the following stations, the beginning of the season, after the end of the general preparation period, after the end of The special preparation period, after the end of the competition period, and after statistical treatment, it was concluded that there are clear changes in some variables in a positive manner consistent with the objectives of sports training.
