This study highlights the challenges of Algerian criminal policy in combating corona epidemic.

As The Algerian state has adopted a distinct style unlike other countries of the world, to prevent the spread of epidemic.

Therefore, the application of gradual preventive measures proportional to the potential risks of this pandemic was used.

In addition, application of punitive measures in order to deter anyone who endangers the life and safety of others, for not taking into account the principle of safety and public health by violating the corona pandemic laws.
