The general administrative sanctions are an important and effective means of activating the role of administration and achieving the public benefit.

They have become essential for complying with the laws and regulations and respecting them for they stand as restrictive procedures to refrain from all types of administrative contravention.

The recognition of the administration authority to enforce administrative sanctions effectively ensures the rapid attainment of the desired objectives.

These measures are a swift and effective procedures against lawbreakers and noncompliance which cannot be subjected to prosecutorial procedures at the courts of law.

The general administrative sanctions can be primarily represented by the procedure of administrative deprivation which refers to the cancelation suspension, or revocation of the authorization license.

It is generally known that the license is a legal authorization for the individuals to perform their activities.

Moreover, it is an effective tool at the disposal of the administration to monitor and control activities that might turn to be dangerous to the society.

Accordingly, regulations and mechanisms to grant or deprive an authorization license should be determined based on compliance with the valid laws
