Bribery is considered a social disease as it was afflicted by a nation that has returned to it with disintegration and destruction in its system, morals and consciences.

The efforts of everyone at all levels must be combined to remedy the danger before it escalates and avoid its destructive effects by fighting it andworking to eradicate it by diagnosing it first with Availability of the desire to remedy it with the availability of quality employees and those in charge of serving public utilities who have been sensitized and sharpened their motivation and conscience to accomplish this lofty mission.

La corruption est considérée comme une maladie sociale car elle a été affligée par une nation qui y est revenue avec la désintégration et la destruction de son système, de sa morale et de sa conscience.

Les efforts de chacun à tous les niveaux doivent être combinés pour redresser le danger avant qu'il ne s'aggrave et éviter ses effets destructeurs en le combattant et en s'efforçant de l'éliminer en le diagnostiquant d'abord avec Disponibilité de la volonté d'y remédier par la disponibilité d'employés de qualité et de responsables au service des services publics sensibilisés et aiguisés leur motivation et leur conscience pour accomplir cette haute mission
