Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the impact of the effectiveness of an electronic counslling program on social netwoking sites (face book) as an example.

to achiveve this ,ameasure of social intelligence has been used .To achieve this depended one two tools (measure og social intelligence ,and mentoring program in the development of social intelligence ,prepared by the researcher.The sample consists of Applied (30) students from the college of Educational for pure Sciences ,selected in a manner deliberate who got down the grades on a scale of social intelligence, in the pretest ,Be indicative of the program (16)meetings in counsels ,and applied to the experimental group at the beginning from the first chapter (2019-2020).Rate (2) mettings per week, and the program was implemented through (8)weeks .using statistical methods (Mnn-Whitney) & (WLCoccin) on the pouch statistical (SPSS) by the computer.

The results of statistical analysis, positive changes in the experimental qroup participating in the couselling program, during the interval between before and after tests, and more statistically significant, compared with the conter group remained without counsel.

Which that effective counseling program in the development of social intelligence in college of Educational students,were applied (30)days of the post test
