The current research aims to get to know the level of organizational tension according to Victor From Theory, as well as to identify the management of organizational symmetry among distinguished school principals from the viewpoint of faculty members and the relationship between them.

The researcher used the descriptive, relational approach, while the research community was used by the faculty members of the distinguished schools in the sixth of Baghdad Educational directorates, a random sample was chosen by (%50) where the sample size became (515) teachers from both sexes.

To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher builds two tools, the first tool which related to organizational symmetry according to Victor From Theory, it consisted of (20) paragraphs, and the second tool consisted of (17) paragraphs، and verified the standard characteristics of each of them of honesty and consistency.

As for the statistical means (Pearson test coeff, Fakro Bach equation, one sample t-test).

The search results are shown as follows:Firstly, the level of organizational tension for distinguished school principals is little according to Victor From Theory from the point view of faculty members.

Secondly, there is symmetry among the school principals from the view point of faculty members.Thirdly, as for the relationship, it was inversely correlated between organizational tension and organizational symmetry from the view point of faculty members.

The researcher has reached to a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
