Current search targeted The Effectiveness of Scamper Education Program in Improving Creative Abilities of kindergartens’ children, were verified through the following assumptions: - 0 There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) arranged between the grades of the control group in the pretest and posttest on the Torrance test of creative abilities0 02There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among the ranks of the experimental group before applying the tutorial and after the Torrance test of creative abilities0 3.

There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among the ranks of the experimental group and the control group in post-test on the Torrance test of creative abilities0 4.

There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in tests and posttest delayed in creative abilities0 To achieve that adopted the current research on the two tools scale (Torrance) and program (scamper) education, has been adopted curriculum to verify the research hypotheses has formed the research sample of (40) children kindergarten were randomly assigned to experimental and control group and two groups of (20) boys and girls for each group0 The experimental group exposed to program over (0.) sessions lasted for 4 weeks and the rate of two per week, while the control group was left without exposure to the program (scamper) education0 To address the research data that has been the adoption of the means of statistical several of them, chi square, and the arithmetic mean, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and (t-test), and test Man- Whitney, testing and Caucasians, The results showed that for the program (scamper) educational effectiveness in the development of creativity among kindergarten children, and according of the results and conclusions reached researcher to a number of recommendations and suggestions.
