Abstract EN

The present research aims at identifying Classroom management for school primary teachers ,the research sets the research aims to 1-Identify the Classroom management for school primary teachers,To achieve the research aim the class management tool, consisting of (28) items distributedalong fouraspects.Then, he designed a tools into three of classroom leadership (10) items, the field of classroom planning (8) items, time management (8) items, to a sample of (50) primary school teachersout of thetotal population(361) by (14%).

To analyse the data The research used ) SPSS( .used the following statistical methods (mean, standard deviation,test,one sample, pearson,cronbach,test for significant) The research arrived the following Conclusion:There is classroom management of a medium school primary teachers in the province of Baghdad/ Education Rasafa third (Sadr City) and the field of classroom time management ranked first, and the field of classroom planning is second, and the field of classroom leadership ranked third.

And the most important recommendations recommended by the researcher, Adopting the classroom management tool from the directorates of evaluating the performance of teachers in primary schools, the school administration is blamed for its role in the success of education or its failure in terms of the capacity of the place and the number of students in a row and lighting and modern clasا
