English Abstract

Cerebral stroke disease is considered one of the most deadly diseases in the world, and it is caused by any blockage that prevents blood flow to the brain, resulting in a sudden drop in blood circulation.

The cases received from the visitors of the Neurosciences Hospital / Baghdad were followed up for the years from 2013 to 2016 The research Sample Included (1068) patients and to determine the most important factors affecting the incidence of stroke and the effect of age, the method of statistical analysis was used to determine the number of injuries of males and females and rates of injury as well as determine the significance of the relationship between the variables of the research, and the results showed that the proportion of males with injury is higher than that of females and was for age Significant impact of injury.
