English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of a knowledge-based teaching program in acquiring mathematical thinking skills and trends towards mathematics in primary school students, and used the semi-experimental curriculum, and the study sample consisted of (38) students who were deliberately selected from one of the female schools of the Office of Education in Baghdad governorate, divided into two groups: a female officer group consisting of (18) students taught in the traditional way, and an experimental group consisting of (20) students who were taught in the educational programme, and to achieve the objectives of the study, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the study consisted of 20 000 students.
Using the teaching program, and the measure of trends towards mathematics to collect data from the study sample, the study showed: a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α =0.05) of the educational program based on the interaction between knowledge journeys via Web Quest and the building education environment in the acquisition of mathematical thinking skills by fifth graders.
There is a statistically significant effect at the level of indication (α =0.05) of the educational program based on the interaction between knowledge journeys via Web Quest and the building education environment in the acquisition of fifth-grade students of trends towards mathematics.
Based on the results of the study, she recommended: mathematics teachers should be interested in using an educational program based on the interaction between knowledge journeys through Web Quest and the building education environment, which is of great benefit to students and their achievement.
Conduct similar studies to identify the impact of an educational program based on the interaction between knowledge journeys across Web Quest and the structural learning environment on achievement.
