Providing sufficient quantity of pure drinking water human consumption is considered as basic services of orban areas and all gathering places.

the need of human being for big quantity of drinking water will increase over the preide of time.

it is key aspect of daily life.

Everybody has a right to obtain enough and acceptable water at reasonable prices to be utilized personally or at home.

Despite the passing of more than one country since the existence of the capital of chad N’Djamena and passing more than half country of the establishment of the Chadian water company, still there are varieties of difficulties in providing this key social services.

this research comes under the tittle of “providing drinking water to N’Djamena city to highlight its importance and the research will take the following point : Exploiting, treating, storaging and transporting drinking water Ndjamena and the most prominent problems associated with providing this service to the inhabitances of N’Djamena which is the biggest city in chad and one of the key regional capital of the central African states
