English Abstract

The present research aims at identifying the effectiveness of Brosli strategy to develop the skills of the students of the Department of Art Education in the elements and foundations of the technical work.

To achieve this goal, the researcher developed the following sub-objectives: 1 - Design of teaching plans in the elements and foundations of the work of art and apply them according to the use of strategy Brosli.

2 - Effectiveness of teaching plans through application to a sample of first grade students Department of Art Education / Faculty of Basic Education / University of Mustansiriya.

To achieve a research objective, the researcher has (3) zero hypotheses to measure the dependent variable (technical skills of elements and foundations of the work of art).

The research society consists of students of the first grade / the basic education department of the art education section in the element of the elements and foundations of the post-art work, which are (75) male and female students.

A random sample of 25 students was selected, (33%) were divided into two experimental and control groups, in which 10 students were distributed in each group.

Therefore, a study plan was prepared according to the nature of the educational material.

These stages included defining an educational goal and deriving appropriate behavioral objectives for the content of the material, defining the appropriate Brosli strategy for the material and the stages of its implementation, For the purpose of measuring the level of skills possessed by students of the first grade / Faculty of Basic Education Department of Art Education in the material elements and foundations of the post-technical work was designed a form to evaluate the performance skills consisted of (16) paragraph and set a five-meter to measure skill level, And the performance evaluation form on a group of experts in the disciplines of teaching methods of art education, design, measurement and evaluation in the identification of the validity of its components to measure the objective that was developed for measuring, and then verified the coefficient of stability, which reached (0.88) of the form of performance evaluation skills, Its application and measure the target of the search.
