One of the modern concepts that has been carefully studied is the concept of intellectual security.

There is no doubt that the concepts are emerging and crystallizing due to the great need for them in the social milieu.This research presents the concept of intellectual security from the viewpoint of scholars and researchers, then refers to the foundations or controls established by the Holy Qur’an, which are considered divine rooting for this concept, which has great importance in the development of humanity and societies at all levels.
