Abstract EN

This study deals with (Al-Hassan bin Rashid Al-Hilly ), A study of his life and poetry and aims to declare one of the most prominent flag of Hilla Flags, jurist and poet.

The important of this effort is to return the extinct evacuation scientists products also to find out about his poetry, which forms a traceable value.

It embodies the high level of systems, the transcendence of meanings, and moral sophistication we have followed in our study this descriptive and analytical approach.

We conclude that the Al-Hassan bin Rashid's poetry is the way to express about his loyalty to Al-Beit of ( The prophet of Allah) (peace be upon him) thinking and behavior.

Also we find that his poetry is not lower degree from the stallions of former poets and that what is lost of traces of our the Hilly Scientist and it was found in separate places it obliges us to strive to restore and revive our dear heritage.
