The development of learning and education took various forms according to the different theories, which were produced through accumulated experiences and multiple experiences to reach the best ways and various means to serve science and education.

In spite of this, the teaching of educational and artistic materials in the Department of Art Education is still based on the use of traditional teaching methods based on memorization and indoctrination and the limited use of modern strategies, methods and methods.

And after the researcher was acquainted with educational studies and research and sources interested in teaching methods, as these studies confirmed a deficiency in traditional teaching methods in raising the scientific level of students, as it is based only on preserving information without understanding, Because the student does not participate positively in the subject that is given to him and does not interact with it, which leads to the student's aversion to the subject and moving towards it negatively, which affects the student’s academic achievement, as it is necessary to build positive trends, desire and interaction with what they are studying.

In light of the results of studies that indicated that mutual teaching is one of the teaching strategies that includes the interaction of students during the course of the educational process and through which we can develop students ’understanding and thinking skills because it is based on a set of skills that are based on research and reasoning and adopt a mutual dialogue between the teacher and his students through By summarizing, inquiring, forecasting and clarifying, which encouraged the researcher to think about the necessity of adopting scientific and practical mechanisms to teach the art of dumping to students of the second stage in the Department of Art Education using cross-teaching.

The research structure will consist of four chapters, The first chapter of it includes the methodological framework and will include the problem of research, its importance, goal and hypothesis, as the current research aims to identify (the effectiveness of reciprocal teaching in developing the skills of students of the Department of Art Education in the art of dumping) and to achieve the above goal the following zero hypothesis has been formulated: - (There is no difference with Statistical significance at the level of significance (0.05) between the average score of the experimental group students in the test of pre and post skill skills) and its limitations and the identification of terms, while the second semester will be devoted to the theoretical framework that includes two topics, the first of which deals with mutual teaching: its concept, Sub-strategies for reciprocal teaching, the advantages of reciprocal teaching, the foundations of reciprocal teaching, the role of the teacher in it, the role of the student, and the second topic will talk about the art of speech and its function, types of sounds and sound layers, members and speech devices, slurring, flipping and concealing, and means of communicating meanings.

The third chapter will address the research methodology and procedures in terms of the research community, its sample, the experimental design adopted by the researcher, and the skill performance test.

The fourth chapter will address the presentation and interpretation of results, conclusions and recommendations.
