English Abstract

researcher found by following the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the topic.

The current research was limited to a sample of (300) students from the General Directorate of Education in Karbala Governorate / Administrative Unit, Al-Hurr District, who were chosen randomly, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher constructed the dialectical thinking scale of (20).

After verifying that all the psychometric procedures followed in building the measures were followed, the scale was applied to the research sample, and after processing the data statistically, the following results were revealed: 1- That the third-grade intermediate students have dialectical thinking.

2- The existence of a correlation between the variables of achievement and dialectical thinking.

The researcher developed some recommendations and suggestions based on the results of his research.
