This research paper aims to highlight the concept of commitment to foresight; That is, the doctor's commitment to inform the patient; As the most important and first obligation imposed on the plastic surgeon towards his patient, which is linked to the ethical and human duty of the doctor in plastic surgery, which is one of the important rights that the doctor is obligated to guarantee, the doctor cannot subject the patient to any medical work without obtaining in advance the patient's consent to this work, But this consent must be enlightened; That is, after the patient has been informed and sufficient information has been provided about his health condition, for this reason, the urgent need has emerged in protecting people against dangerous medical methods, and their civil responsibilities, including those that cause harm to patients, therefore; Preventive rules have been imposed that impose themselves in order to protect the patient's safety, whether in his body or mind.

The Algerian legislator has modeled the rules of medical ethics, according to the French legislation, which requires the plastic surgeon to explain the risks and conditions of the surgery in a detailed and accurate manner.
