The scientific and technical development witnessed by the world at the present time has had a dramatic impact on all the legal rules in the various fields, and a reflection of this scientific progress, which represents the stage of development of the entire society, it has different legislation organized many legal aspects that impact the scientific and technological progress.

The system of proof is one of those aspects that have been affected by this scientific development and it became clear this vulnerability methods of proof of more than one hand.
