The growth of the countries' economy depends on the increase of the international trade that is considered an important element in strengthening the friendly relations between the countries, this aspect requires providing all the elements to guarantees the continuity of this trade and executing its contracts, through finding the legal frames to organize it, thus approving unified rules that organizes the international selling contacts should contribute to removing the legal obstacles.

One of the treaties that was organized in this regard is Vienna Convention 1980 for the International Selling of Goods, it's a common fact that this contract like other contracts seta obligations on both of its parties, including the sellers commitment to deliver the goods to the buyer in the agreed time, free of any rights to others, conforming to the specifications agreed on.

And if it isn't, then the buyer should declare his preservations in order to safeguard his right to return to the seller and otherwise his right should be nullified, which is the subject of our research.
