The preparation of "Good Citizens" is an educational goal pursued by all educational systems, with different concepts and principles, and the ideological foundations on which they depend.
"Good citizens", and more precisely: defining the concept of "goodness", then the method or methods adopted by these systems to achieve its goal.
And educational thought is one of the most important concepts that determine this.
The researcher has attempted in this research to shed light on the most important educational ideas that can be derived from the detailed message of the scholar and the Qabsi thinker, so the chapter was the only to define the research in terms of presenting the problem, importance, goal and borders and define the most important terms mentioned in the research, and in the second chapter presented the most important theoretical aspects related to With regard to the research topic, then the third chapter came to address the Qabsi thinker, and in the fourth chapter we tried to devise educational ideas that can be used in Iraqi education at the present time.
