English Abstract

The study aims to identify the level of psychological rebellion among the students of Tikrit University first and also identify the level of psychological rebellion according to the gender variable, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and for the purpose of reaching the goals the researcher adopted the psychological rebellion scale for (Al-Amiri, 2013) and after making sure Its metric characteristics are applied to the main sample that was chosen by the random stratified method.

The sample size reached (300) male and female students, and after obtaining the data and statistically processing the results, there was an average level of psychological rebellion among university students, as well as a statistically significant difference between the male The females were in favor of males, it has been interpreted in accordance with the results of previous studies and theoretical framework, and finally the study concluded the drafting of a set of recommendations and proposals that would reduce the effects of this phenomenon on the students in particular and society in general.
