Regulation & instruction as the amended law in 1991 Discipline of the state employees and the public sector No.14 that any violation, of these limits will be consider as a corrupted crime within the accident of the legislative text in the panel code criminalized.

Every crime of these violation has it is own consideration but generally all of them have looting that let the legislature consider has crime due to the noun complain of his employees of his duty or commuted any prohibited actions, more over all these crime commuted by criminal who is employee or assigned in public service but they are different in general Category of crimes (mental side) or (material side).
