Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identifying the level and correlative relationship between study variables and the extent of the differences between capabilities of leadership of the scientific branches' heads, it has been used the descriptive method with the correlation method via a specific questionnaire to measure the variables of the research, on a sample of (178) teaching staff based on the research procedures that have been divided into three samples (exploratory, scientific, and main experiment ).

The results have shown the degree of mean, as compared to the arithmetic mean by existing significance and indication and in favor of the arithmetic mean of the research scale, as well as the significance of the correlation between the two scales in the sample responses.

Most important conclusions lie in the presence of a good level of leadership capability of branch heads and organizational loyalty for the branches 'heads and teaching board staff 's organizational locality for being described as the main drive towards their outstanding performance.

The study has recommended continuity in supporting the college via functional integration between the heads of branches and teaching staff and placing specific standards of leadership as an aspect of the adoption of the head of branches when nominating in future and reinforcing the management capacity of the branches' heads to attract the teaching staff around them to stir their creative ideas and acquiring their loyalty, Creative and win their loyalty.
