On this basis, the research was divided into three sections, the first dealt with what is the accreditation contract and its support officer, the second dealt with the legal nature of the documentary credit contract, and the third dealt with the law applicable to the documentary credit contract.

The study was concluded with a conclusion containing the most important findings and recommendations we have reached.
