تقوم هذه الدراسة علِى وفق دراسة لسانية تهتم برصد العلاقات التي تربط بين الواقع اللغوي والتنمية المجتمعية القائمة على الوضع اللغوي في محافظة البصرة ، وذلك من خلال بيان مدى إمكانية أن تكون اللغة العربية أداة لتحقيق التنمية المجتمعية ، والدور الذي تؤديه جامعة البصرة في تحقيق هذه التنمية لأفراد مجتمع محافظة البصرة في ضوء المحتوى العلمي الذي تتضمنه هذه الجامعة .
Abstract EN
This research monitors the relationships between the linguistic reality and societal development based on the linguistic situation in Basra Governorate, by showing the extent to which the Arabic language can be a tool for achieving community development, and the role that Basra University plays in achieving this development for the members of the Basra community in light Scientific content included in this university
