Abstract EN

University of Karbala - College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences The study included five chapters: As the researcher indicated in the introduction to his research that reaching high levels of sports and achieving achievements is a goal sought by all those involved in sports and achieving this goal and the demand does not come except through serious work and sound planning based on correct scientific foundations far from personal endeavors.

Through the researcher's work in the sports field, especially sports federations and clubs, he noticed that many of our sports institutions rely on traditional patterns of managing and leading individuals.

The most important goal of the thesis Finding the correlation between (communication skills) with professional awareness and the contribution rates for communication skills with professional awareness of members of administrative bodies of members of administrative bodies participating in the Futsal Premier League for the year 2019/2020.

The human field also included members of the administrative bodies participating in the Premier League within the central and southern governorates, and the time domain is determined from 12/23/2019 to 3/7/2021.

In the second chapter, the researcher deals with: A theoretical framework that included the concepts and vocabulary of professional awareness and communication skills in terms of concept and characteristics.

As for the previous studies, the researcher presented two studies that were discussed and showed the similarities and differences between them and the current study and what the current study is unique to from previous studies.

As for the third chapter: It included a presentation of the methodology adopted in the research, represented in extracting the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational relations, because it aims to determine the relationship between the three variables that were included in the research.

(10) one as a survey sample with a percentage of (6.25%) and choosing (100) individuals as a sample for preparing the two measures of professional awareness and communication skills, and what constituted (62.5%) and (130) individuals were chosen as the main experiment sample and formed a percentage (81.25%), and the statistical bag was used ( SPSS) with some statistical laws in data processing and access to field research results.

As for the fourth chapter: The data were presented, analyzed and discussed through the results of the statistical treatments that enabled the researcher to achieve the objectives of the research and test his hypotheses.

As for the fifth chapter: The researcher reached several conclusions, including: It was found that professional awareness is related to communication skills, meaning that increasing communication skills among members of administrative bodies contributes to raising their level of professional awareness
