Abstract EN

The importance of the research lies in the use of the self and collective competitive strategies in learning some gymnastics skills to be an expressive means used by trainers to achieve the best results.

The research objectives were: 1-Knowing the effect of the self and group competition strategies in learning some skills in gymnastics.

2- Knowing the best competitive method in learning some skills in artistic gymnastics.

The most important conclusions were: 1-The three teaching methods (self-competitive and collective methods) and the method used by the teacher are effective methods of learning for the two skills studied in gymnastics, but in different proportions.

It was recommended: 1-Disseminating the use of strategies and some educational aids in the gymnastics halls of the faculties of physical education and training centers.
